The name high wall comes from the air conditioning unit which sits high on the wall. High walls have an indoor and separate outdoor unit, hence they are the basic type of split system.

 

Multi Split Systems

• Major benefit: Individual temperature control of several rooms.

Suitable to air condition multiple rooms with individual temperature control. Designed to air condition several rooms, but usually not a whole house, for example 2 or 3 bedrooms only. Because each room has its own unit, the temperature is controlled individually.

Ducted Systems

Major benefit: Fits well into design of house as air outlets are concealed, only visible aspect are the grilles in the ceiling.

Ducted systems are installed in the ceiling and are designed to air condition your entire home. Usually they are planned to operate in two or more zones which can be heated or cooled at different times. For example, the living areas can be air conditioned during the day, and the bedrooms at night, saving money on energy costs. As every house is different with, we will design the optimal solution according to your individual requirements.
